An agent on watch

The Blackswan Investment Monitor is the watchtower behind Blackswan Capital. An agent inside it watches the markets every day, measuring first and judging second, with every figure computed by code. Metals are one of the assets on its list.

Built for any asset.

The Monitor watches every asset the same way: measure it, record the views separately, validate it, compare it to yesterday, and report it. The method carries to every market we add.

A source of edge others don't have.

Most funds compete on the same price feeds, filings and headlines, so their forecasts converge. Blackswan is built on OMNIA, which reads the layer underneath: the energy, frequency, vibration and time inside signals that conventional models never see. Independent information is how a forecaster beats the crowd, and it is why we expect to predict better than most.

To be proven in public, not asserted.

Every forecast is logged before the outcome is known and scored against the strongest baselines. We publish the record as it is earned. The standard is to be the best, and the ledger decides whether we are.

Built to plug in, not to stand alone.

The Monitor is designed as a layer that works with what a fund already runs. Its measurements, recorded views and daily changes are kept in a plain, structured form, so other AI agents can read them, other monitors can cross-check them, and fund tools such as portfolio, risk and reporting systems can take them in. Other AIs can challenge a view and other monitors can confirm a number. The Monitor keeps the record straight and shows where each piece came from. Humans stay in charge of every decision.

Down the road

Shorting, then the yen. In the future the Monitor is planned to watch for weakness as well as strength, which means shorting, and then to widen into the Japanese yen. JWLS sits alongside all of it: the currency we are building from frequency and vibration. These are plans, not promises, and each one comes only after the groundwork is proven.

  1. Measure. Prices, history, returns and drawdowns are computed by code, never typed in from memory.
  2. Research. Views, catalysts and risks are recorded as stated opinion, clearly separate from the numbers.
  3. Validate. A gate checks everything before it is published, and flags anything that doesn't add up.
  4. Compare. Each day is set against the day before, so what changed stands out.
  5. Report. One clear report that shows the reader which parts are measured and which are judgment.

Code makes the numbers. The analyst makes the judgment. An earlier version of the Monitor let a language model write the figures, and a check found about a quarter of them wrong. So I rebuilt it: every number is computed, and the report shows which parts are measured and which are opinion.
