Founder-led, agent-assisted.
David Clark leads the company. From the end of 2024 through 2025 he focused on the tools needed to build an aligned AI, and from April to October 2026 he worked from nature. The company operates with AI agents and a small, selective team. More about David.

The company is self-funded. Outside capital would be considered only where it accelerates the work without compromising its direction or standards.

Open to research grants
Universities, labs and foundations are invited to collaborate on the science: signals, calibration, and the remade scale of consciousness. Results are published as they are earned.

Selective hiring.
The team is deliberately small and selective. Roles go to builders with a record of shipping real work, assessed through projects and portfolios rather than résumés.
